Camp PLAY promotes a healthy active lifestyle while combating childhood obesity. Children learn to move in new and fun ways in a safe, non-threatening environment. Nutrition and healthy food choices are an integral part of the daily programming. Camp PLAY encourages young people to have a positive attitude about themselves and physical activity, putting them on the right track for a lifetime of health.
What is Camp PLAY?
Activities at Camp PLAY are structured to teach the importance of cooperation and teamwork. Each afternoon will offer the campers a variety of fun, healthy exercises and games that focus on movement, nutrition, flexibility, balance, and self-improvement.
